Gypsum Art Workshop
In this hands-on workshop, students/visitors work with small pieces of beautiful, transparent, high-grade natural gypsum crystal to create their own unique jewelry.
Each participant begins by designing the shape of pendant or earrings.
Guided step by step, they than bring design to life using simple hand tools such as metal saw, cutting pliers, and sanding paper to shape and refine the crystal.
Once the form is complete, a small hole is carefully drilled using a hans screw drill allowing the piece to be transformed into wearable art. Finally, students 7 visitors assemble their creation by adding a string for necklace or ear hooks for earrings.
Throughout the process, students and visitors follow the guidance of the instructor while expressing their own creativity.
